Indonesian citizen, 66 years old, he joined PT Indo Straits Tbk in 2011 as Director and was reappointed as Director at the 2021 Annual GMS. In 2023, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner for the term of office until the Closing of the Annual GMS in 2026.

Started his education in Business School from Central London College Tottenham Court Road, London, United Kingdom in 1981 and continued his education in Business Administration at Chaminade University of Honolulu 3140 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816 U.S.A and graduated in 1985.
Career Journey
He started his career as an Engineering Assistant at the Consular of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in London. He held various positions at PT Bank Niaga Tbk. (Now named CIMB Niaga) from 1985 to 1995 with the last position as Agency Manager at Merchant Banking Division, Corporate Banking Group. Continuing his career in finance, in 1995-2001, he joined PT AJ & DPLK Pricipal Indonesia, serving as Treasury & Cash Management Head, and later as Head of Development Division.
Head, and later as Head of Business Development & Sharia Business Division; then served as HR Team Leader at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. Since 1995 until 2011.

Born in Jakarta on September 13, 1968 and got his bachelor of economic degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta in 1992.
He spent a lot of his career in banking industry, especially in risk management area, started at BCA as credit analyst along the way to Bank Danamon as risk
manager for Treasury and Financial Institution Division (1992-2014).
He was recorded to be an advisor in Sosro Group and then continuing to share his knowledge in some other companies.
She was born on January 22, 1988, in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is a highly educated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) and has also attended the Brevet A&B tax course offered by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).
She started her career in finance and accounting as a member of the Markasia Strategic team in 2015, where She quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic and a passion for her field. Her educational and professional background have equipped her with the necessary skills to excel in the finance industry, and she continues to expand her knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. Served as a Member of the Company’s Audit Committee since December 2022.
