Agusman Efendi was born in Kotabumi Lampung on August 5, 1954. He was alumnus of Trisakti University, graduated in 1984 with Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He served as Commissioner and President Commissioner in various companies since 1999-2009, member of People’s Consultative Assembly in 1999-2004, member of House of Representative of RI for two period, 2001-2004 and 2004-2007. He also served as Vice President of Commission VIII of House of Representative of RI in Energy, Mineral Resources, Environment, Research and Technology (2001-2004), appointed as the Head of Commission VII of House of Representative of RI in Energy, Mineral Resources, Environment, Research, and Technology (2004-2007), and member of National Energy Board to date.
He was Head of Promotion and Marketing Division at The Football Association of Indonesia in 2003-1007, Head of Organization Division at The Indonesian Electrical Power of Society in 2003-2008, and Head of Business Development Industry and Supporting Energy Service at The Indonesian Energy Society since 2003. Since 2004-2006, he served as President of The Football Association of Indonesia, Vice President of KADIN Indonesia since 2004-2009, and Head of Industry, Mining, and Oil and Gas Division at Institution of Engineers Indonesia Group since 2006-2009. He also served as Head of The Indonesian Society of Engineers and Technicians since 2006-present, Head of Interdepartmental Relations at The Indonesian Electrical Power of Society since 2008-2011, Advisory Board of Geothermal Associate since 2008-present, Engineer Board at Institution of Engineers Indonesia Group since 2009-2012, Vice President of Advisory Board of KADIN Indonesia since 2009-2010, and Advisory Board of KADIN Indonesia since 2010-2015.
Born in Balige on October 1, 1954, Sihol Siagian is currently 61 years old. Obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universitas Indonesiain 1983 and in Economics from Universitas Krisnadwipayana in 1993. He subsequently took his Master in Management, which he finished in 2001. He obtained his Master of Business Law from Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung, in 2004. In 2010, he obtained a Doctorate in Business Law from Universitas Padjadjaran.
He began his career at Bapepam-LK, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in 1978-1999, he had also served as the Director of Monitoring and Supervision at PT Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) for the period of 1999-2005, Director of Monitoring at PT Bursa Efek Surabaya for the period of 2005-2007, Director of Finance and Administration from 2007 to 2009 and Director of Securities Market Initiative & Law until 2010 at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Anugrah Securindo Indah in 2010, Executive Advisor PT ATPK Resources Tbk until 2010 and in 2011, he was appointed as Director in the same company, Commissioner of PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk. in 2012, and Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of Member Brokers in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013. He joined the Company in 2011 as the Independent Commissioner.
