Indonesian citizen, 68 years old, was appointed as Independent Commissioner of Indo Straits in 2011 and reappointed to the same position in 2016 and 2021. In 2023, he was appointed as President Commissioner for the term of office until the Closing of the Annual GMS in 2026.
Education
Obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 1983 and studied Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University in 1992-1993. Completed studies in the field of Master of Management which was completed in 2001 at the Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University in 2004. He completed his Master of Law degree in Business Law at Padjajaran University Bandung. He received his Doctor of Law degree in the field of Business Law at Padjajaran University in 2010.
Career Journey
Starting his career at BAPEPAM-LK, Department of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia from 1978-1999, he also served as Director of Inspection and Supervision of PT Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) in 1999-2005, Director of Supervision of PT Bursa Efek Surabaya in 2005-2007, Director of Finance and Administration in 2007-2009 and Director of Securities Market Initiative & Law until 2010 at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Commissioner of PT Anugerah Sekuritas Indonesia in 2009, Executive Advisor of PT ATPK Resources Tbk (ATPK) in 2009-2010 and then in 2011 appointed as Director of Bara Jaya International Tbk. 2011 was appointed as Director of Bara Jaya International Tbk until 2016. Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Tarumanegara University, Commissioner of PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (MAMI) in 2012, and Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of Exchange Members at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, Independent Commissioner of PT Sinergi Megah Internusa 2017-2021.

Indonesian citizen, 66 years old, he joined PT Indo Straits Tbk in 2011 as Director and was reappointed as Director at the 2021 Annual GMS. In 2023, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner for the term of office until the Closing of the Annual GMS in 2026.
Education
Started his education in Business School from Central London College Tottenham Court Road, London, United Kingdom in 1981 and continued his education in Business Administration at Chaminade University of Honolulu 3140 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816 U.S.A and graduated in 1985.
Career Journey
He started his career as an Engineering Assistant at the Consular of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in London. He held various positions at PT Bank Niaga Tbk. (Now named CIMB Niaga) from 1985 to 1995 with the last position as Agency Manager at Merchant Banking Division, Corporate Banking Group. Continuing his career in finance, in 1995-2001, he joined PT AJ & DPLK Pricipal Indonesia, serving as Treasury & Cash Management Head, and later as Head of Development Division.
Head, and later as Head of Business Development & Sharia Business Division; then served as HR Team Leader at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. Since 1995 until 2011.
